FACILITIES Our spacious, modern facility is equipped with 30 stylist stations and an extensive retail area. The salon environment is where your creative vision will be developed as approximately 80% of the 1500 hour program is concentrated there. A theory and practical classroom prepare you for mastering new skills in the salon.
Your training begins on a mannequin, where you will learn the basic cuts, sets, and styles. Before your first month is complete you will be cutting a model's hair with the supervision of one of our four instructors. We believe in the concept that hands on experience further enhances the lessons learned in text.
As you progress in your training you will be able to perform the practical tasks required in a beauty salon. You will also have a firm grasp of the chemical and physical aspects of shampooing and conditioning, hair repair, permanent waving, hair colouring, and hair relaxation.
